Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Pricing and Availability:

WholesalePlumbing.com makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. We notify customers of backorders and out of stock items via email. Customers are notified of any order issues within one business day. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order. Prices for each product are listed on the site.

Split Shipments:

Your order may be split and divided between carriers and therefore have separate delivery dates for the following reasons:

• You ordered more than one item, one of which is oversized and must be shipped via freight
• Your products are being shipped from different warehouses

Warranty Information:

WholesalePlumbing.com passes on the warranty of the manufacturer of the product. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing seller makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness or suitability of any product sold.
