You may return any product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. An item cannot be returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please contact our customer service department via email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a Returned Goods Authorization. To process your return quickly please have the original order number available. Please wrap the package securely and note the Returned Goods Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back to us without an authorization. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. Credit will not be issued if the manufacturer's original box is damaged or the product is not in resaleable condition. All products will be inspected prior to credit approval.
Products that have been installed are non-returnable.
Once a Returned Goods Authorization number is issued, the returned product needs to be returned within 60 days to receive credit.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return freight.
Only the cost of the product will be refunded - not the cost of freight.
All orders are inspected prior to shipping to ensure that each item is free from defect. Our expert shipping team individually packages each and every item shipped; however, damage in transit may still occur. Please inspect any all shipments as soon as they are received to ensure that the order arrived in pristine condition. If there are any damages, you have 5 business days from the day the order is received to notify our customer service department of the damage via e-mail at email@example.com or by phone at (810) 412-5331.
Due to sanitary considerations, toilet tanks, bowls and seats will not be accepted for return.
